Classes
Classes Forming Now For
Open Water & Nitrox!

Open water classes consist of three distinct components: classroom learning, confined water training (pool), and open water checkout dives - where you put what you've learned into practice under the supervision of a certified instructor.

Classroom and pool sessions are conducted on site in comfortable classrooms and our large, heated, indoor pool. Typically it takes most students 6 - 8 pool sessions to develop the skills needed to become a safe SCUBA diver. The classroom and pool sessions are offered year-round on a variety of schedules. Our classes are limited to a maximum of twelve people, and with only 6 students, we will customize a class to fit your schedule!

The cost for the entire classroom
and pools sessions is $250.00. A deposit of $50.00 holds your space
in any upcoming class.

After completing the classroom and pool training you are able to complete your four open water checkout dives at a variety of locations. We offer local certification trips to local rock quarries and lakes, and we offer a variety of trips to Florida and other exotic dive locales. Prices vary depending on the length of the trips and the accommodations. Local check out
dives are $175.00 total.

We provide all of the equipment for diving, with the exception of mask, fins, snorkel, and dive boots. Purchasing this basic diving equipment assures that you develop a comfort level with your own personal gear. You do not have to buy equipment from us, but we give our students extra discounts on all equipment purchased while enrolled as a student in one of our courses.
